Zazen (Seated Stillness) 

The breath spirals through each sound loop, mirroring the stillness of seated Zen. Inhale, hold, exhale, silence — each note a mirror of presence. 

Mushin (No-Mind)

Through 432.08 Hz resonance, thought dissolves. The mind is not silenced — it is transcended. In the absence of thought, Self emerges. 

Satori (Sudden Realization)

Harmonic tension and release create micro-awakenings. Chords like C♯maj9(♯11) and A♯m11 open gateways to inner clarity. Awakening is not taught — it is felt. 

Kinhin (Walking Meditation)

Traditional singing bowls and phase-aligned soundscapes replace synthetic tones. Each step becomes a breath, each breath a note. Movement and stillness unite.
